Contakids
Contakids is a movement method for parents and children to develop deeper communication through play, fun, and physical contact. Through movement, your child can strengthen motor skills and self-confidence, while parents build a trusting relationship with their child through partner exercises. Touch, play, and well-being in connection are essential for children's development.
What happens in a Contakids session?
Each session begins with warm-ups for adults and includes partner games, group dynamics, and interactions between large and small groups.
The main session lasts approximately 45 minutes, followed by 15 minutes for free movement and cuddling.
We dance, slide, roll, move overhead, jump, fall, and run. Both adults and children can expect to be challenged, make friends, and have lots of fun.
Unlike most children's classes, adults are an integral part of the lesson. We capitalize on the special bond between you and your child.
Who is the course for?
For your child (2–4 years old) and one adult – either yourself or a close person (up to 99 years old) from your child's environment. If you’d like to attend as a family with both parents more than two children aged 2–4, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to find a course that can accommodate you.
Note: The course is held in German, but everyone is welcome to use body language and trust their intuitive understanding. I’m happy to support with English translation if needed.
