What is Contakids?
Contakids is a movement method for parents and children to develop deeper communication through play, fun, and physical contact. Through movement, your child can strengthen motor skills and self-confidence, while parents build trust with their child through partner exercises. Touch, play, and well-being in connection are essential for children's development. We take plenty of time to learn perception, body awareness, and presence through embodiment and play, exploring new ways of relating. Pure enjoyment for both sides!
For whom?
For your child (aged 2–4 years) and an adult – yourself or a close person (up to 99 years) from your child's environment.

All languages are welcome, however, the course is held in German.
A note on language and what we embody: Consider your body language as a powerful resource to communicate. It's our original expression and a very wise form. In contact improvisation, we play with the physical form of communication and build on that. Contakids time is a time to bond with your child, be physical, be soft, listen and feel, together. And most importantly, take the time for your body and experience again – we train effortlessly with plenty of laughter and joy! Both adult and child take a lot home!
