Chi Nei Tsang | Tao Touch® approach (CNT) is a truly holistic, hands-on healing modality, drawing from and deeply rooted in the wisdom of Taoism and Classical Chinese Medicine. As a dear colleague of mine so beautifully described, it is "the art of making more space for the soul to inhabit the body"—a sentiment I wholeheartedly share and intend transmitting in my practice.

Through gentle, focused massage of the abdomen and internal organs, CNT guides awareness into areas of involuntary tension and contraction. In this space of mindful presence, the body can begin to release, soften, and unwind, initiating a process of emotional digestion and energy flow. This unique approach not only nurtures the vital organs and digestive system but also awakens the body’s innate healing potential, cultivating resilience, health, and an expanded sense of vitality.

Chi Nei Tsang works at the same time on the physical internal level, external structural level, the emotional, and spiritual levels by linking them through breath, touch, and the circulation of chi.
